I locked my keys in my car so I gave them a call. When someone answered the phone all I heard was a distortion and then they hung up. When I tried to call them back the dispatcher YELLED at me to hold and said something else I couldn't really understand. I'm trying to throw them some business and they're being rude to potential customers. So screw those guys. I called TMG towing instead and they came right out and were super affordable and friendly. The driver mentioned to me that he used to work for Shaners and quit because of the dispatcher. So that probably says a lot.

They all need their licenses taken away 👍🏻 absolute worst drivers in the city of Decatur, will block roads without care to tow a car even if it blocks traffic for long periods of time. last year one of the drivers drove me off the side of a smaller neighborhood road in the middle of a snow storm and drove off knowing i was stuck. has been seen driving 80+ on posted 40 mph zones, i’ve never even been a customer but their careless behavior makes me glad ive never been one!

Hard times led me to this business. Very welcoming environment. Professional and friendly staff. Would recommend for used tires & towing your vehicle. They have vending machines filled with food and drinks for your convenience. I love the retro style & look to this business. 10/10 would recommend doing business with. Would give more stars if I could!

Coordinator was patient and professional on the phone even with how crazy busy I know it was last weekend. The two person team that did the winch-out for my car were amazing! Super friendly and professional- documented everything for insurance. They had me and my dog safely back on the road very quickly and efficiently before heading to their next tow. Made a difficult day a lot easier to manage. Thank you, Shaner's!
